This program incorporates both practical budgeting steps to get on top of your financial wellness, as well as creating a deeper understanding of your financial wellness clocks.
You will learn how to communicate to your partner around finances, and have a deeper understanding of why we do what we do with money. If you find money anxiety provoking, ignore paying bills or looking at the budget or have difficulty talking about it and agreeing to how to manage money in your relationship, this class is right for you.
This coaching course includes worksheets to help you visualize your budget, journal and communication prompts to increase your own understanding of your money values and worries, as well as 30 minute coach check in’s one time per week. These check in’s can be via video or telephone and we will spend the time to dig deeper into your financial wellness.
